Tim is a second-career attorney. Prior to attending law school at the University of St. Thomas, he was a firefighter/medic for the City of North Platte, Nebraska. He served as the President of the North Platte Firefighter's Union, Local 731. He also led the Union's bargaining group which created a new annual contract between the city and fire union.
Prior to becoming a firefighter, Tim joined the Americorps VISTA program after finishing his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Creighton University.
